Tri-State Coating and Machine has one of the world’s largest thermal coating facilities in the nation and around the world. With over 200 years of combined experience, Tri-State is second to none when it comes to the thermal coating world. Our state-of-the-art coating facilities features specific systems to deliver the proper method of coating tailored to customer’s specifications. The systems we use to deliver coatings are fusion coatings, HVOF coatings, wire spray, PTA (plasma transfer arc), and metalizing.
